Hearing Preparation: For Respondents - Our Services - College Judicial Consultants

Hearing Preparation

Most campus judicial processes are intended to be non-adversarial, but the fact remains that you are being accused of having done something wrong, and you will have to defend yourself in front of some sort of judicial body. What’s worse is that while every party has to speak for him/herself, the people accusing you are often students, staff, or faculty who have significantly more experience with the process than you do. We work with you to eliminate the mystery of the hearing by having you practice your statements, preparing you for questions you may be asked, and helping you avoid mistakes caused by lack of preparation or familiarity, and/or nerves often leading to people being found responsible and/or receiving more serious sanctions.
