Hearing Preparation: For Complainants - Our Services - College Judicial Consultants

Hearing Preparation

Most campus judicial processes are intended to be non-adversarial, but the fact remains that arguing against a fellow student in front of some sort of judicial body is a high-pressure situation. Even without the external social pressure that comes from accusing another student, this is an intimidating process. We work with you to eliminate the mystery of the hearing by having you practice your statements, preparing you for questions you may be asked, and helping you avoid mistakes caused by lack of preparation and familiarity, and/or nerves that can hurt your case. While we can help you prepare for your hearing without any of the aforementioned services, we believe that we can be most effective with greater involvement and thus encourage you to consider the full consultation.
